Bartley Asprius was a antagonist from Code Geass.
Bartley was a Britannian General who was leader of the Code R Research Team and a loyal servant to Prince Clovis. He was extremly loyal to Prince Clovis but when he was assassinate, he and his team planned on regrouping at a different location away from Britannia but Jeremiah Gottwald captured the General and returned him to Britannia where he was stripped off his rank but Prince Schneizel saved him and gave him back his rank as well. Therefore, Bartley become his new assistant like he was with Clovis. Later on, he and his team went to Geass to complete Jeremiah's modifications and succeeded in doing so, but was killed by C.C. when he and his men were leaving.
